Move In Day Information
Fall 2011 Housing Move-In Information
Thank you for choosing UAHuntsville Housing for your place to live while at UAH. Below is some information that will be helpful in your move-in process this Fall.
Early Move-In Requests • If you would like to request an early move-in, please contact the Housing office to obtain the necessary application. To be considered, applications must be received by July 21, 2011. Also, this form is only an application and completing this application does not grant your early request. You will be mailed or e-mailed information by August 5, 2011 regarding the status of your request.
Move-In Day • Move-In Day is scheduled to begin at 9am on Friday, August 12, 2011 for Freshmen residents (CCRH and FFH). Residents are asked to go to their respective building/area to begin the check-in process.
Upper-class residence halls (NCRH, Charger Village, Southeast Campus Housing and Fraternity/Sorority Housing) will open at 9:30am on Saturday, August 13, 2011. If you have questions about Move-In Day, please contact the University Housing Office, Monday through Friday, from 8:15am-5pm, at (256) 824-6108 or housing@uah.edu.
Roommate Requests • If you would like roommate information or change/add roommates, please contact University Housing by email at housing@uah.edu. University Housing cannot guarantee roommates, but will make every effort to grant your request. We ask that you submit roommate requests as soon as possible.
