  • SECH is a co-ed facility and home to approximately 250 upper-class students and visiting scholars. Adjacent to the University Fitness Center (UFC) and Fraternity/Sorority Row, SECH offers a sandpit volleyball court, picnic tables and outdoor grills for residents to enjoy.

  • - SECH has both three-bedroom two-bath suites and one-bedroom unfurnished apartments. All units have a private entrance, full kitchen, and closets in the bedrooms.
  • - Each three bedrooom suite has a extra-long loftable twin bed, desk with chair, and a chest of drawers.
  • - A lounge is located in 704-A.
  • - Each suite’s common area has a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, a loveseat, an end table and a coffee table.
  • - The mail room, laundry room and vending machines are located in room 604-B. The coin-operated laundry machines also accept the UAH Charger Card.
